Description
- Oversee Production: Ensure products are manufactured correctly and on time.
- Lead Team: Supervise and support a team of associates.
- Plan Schedules: Organize work plans and schedules to meet production goals.
- Improve Processes: Identify and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve any production-related problems promptly.
- Ensure Safety: Follow and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain Quality: Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Report: Prepare and present production reports to management.
- Train Associates: Provide training and development opportunities for associates.
- Production Supervision: Several years of experience supervising production or manufacturing operations.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of associates with solid leadership skills.
- Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, including familiarity with 6S, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Quality Control: Experience in ensuring high-quality standards in production.
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge and experience in following and enforcing safety regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Reporting: Experience in preparing and presenting production reports to management.
- Training: Experience in training and developing staff.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.
