Duties:
- Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
- Effectively communicate with team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Work in a team environment with a positive attitude and support the success of the team.
- Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards, including complete installation into enclosures.
- Work with written instructions, mechanical drawings, bills of materials, wire run lists.
- Perform point to point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes using company supplied hand tools, such as crimpers and wire strippers.
- Work with groups ranging from 2-8 people.
- High School diploma or GED, prefer technical school or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of experience
- Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience wiring electrical panels and/or electrical sub-assemblies.
- Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
Electrical Panel Assembler I - Salary: $21-$24/hr (Salary commensurate with experience)
Electrical Panel Assembler II - Salary: $24-$28/hr (Salary commensurate with experience)
